Sunday's Sermon - Jan. 29 "Bethany Believers: Part 1" Scripture: Luke 10:38-42 and John 11:1-3 This will be an examination of how the people of the village of Bethany are an example to us of Christian living and loving Jesus. The book Jesus Manifesto by Frank Viola and Leonard Sweet will be used as a starting point for this sermon with our pastor expounding on their thoughts. Upcoming Events Tuesday, January 24 - New Bible Practice (Study) starts at 6:30 PM Musicians, athletes and others attend practice sessions to learn how to play their instruments or sports better. On January 24, we will begin offering a new Bible Practice (formerly known as "Study") which will focus on Christian Practices (worship, Bible reading, prayer, etc.). We will identify the practices, look at how we are to engage in them and at specifics concerning why we do each one with the goal being that we will grow in our faith and walk with the Lord. Everyone is welcome! January 29 - We will collect food for local food pantry and receive an offering for Sugartree Ministries
